All things considering, my life is not a particularly stressful one. I work based upon a schedule of payroll. For example, the last time I worked, was Wednesday of this past week, and it wasn't even at my own store. I have a car that, for all intents and purposes, should be exploded on the side of a highway in Baghdad somewhere. LOL. Its not a POS, usually, but I have driven well over 5k OVER wat the tires can stand, they have ZERO tread! It rained on Wednesday, and I hydroplaned for atleast 20 miles straight. Scary.
People in Wisconsin are SOME OF the shittiest drivers I have ever had the misfortune of driving with in my entire life. Now remember, I have lived, and driven, in alot of places. Southern California, Boston, Las Vegas, ECT. I live smack dab in between Madison (the capital) and Milwaukee, right off the Highway. The further West or East I go, the shittier the drivers. Hell, I'd rather be tailgated, passed and flipped off on country roads then be nearly clipped on the back left side by some bitch doing 85 mph (the limit is 65, I usually push around 68-73 mph, unless its inclement.) in the slow lane while SHES ON THE PHONE! I think thats what kills me too. People on there phones. IF i have to make a call, I put my phone on speaker, cause I have acquired a headset yet.
So, I have bad tires, and last "WINTER" ( middle of May) We had a huge snow storm that sooome how managed to crack my windshields. ALL THE WAY ACROSS. So now, I get the added pleasure of whilst driving on a road that is frequented by Speeding Semis ( and i mean 80 mph +) they kick up rocks that hit my windshield! Cause me to flinch MASSIVLY in fear of my life and the windshield crashing inwards on me. I can see myself on the next episode of Trauma: Life in the ER.
Which brings me to my NEXT topic. I have no health insurance, due to said "easy" job. Its all well and good till someone gets hurt. In addition to the fact that I have previously broken my leg 3 times, the 3rd time without a follow up visit to the doctor, I have an auto- immune disorder (Clicky for some info...) which causes me glorious amounts of problems without my medication. So I figured. "What the hell, I'll apply for state aide, I should qualify." This would also help me in my search for being responsible about having kids, and making sure I dont have them till I'm finacially capable. AKA birth control.
I go to the web and fill out all the forms and get it all signed and sent it and they reply with "We're sorry, you do not qualify BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT PREGNANT."
WHAA?!?!?
Moving on. I am sure you all know how BACKWARDS that is.
So, I decided to look online, found my precious medication, in INDIA, and bought it. Got here about a month ago. This was after I finished the month that I begged the nurse for. Yea. Pathetic.
So, I know a couple of you already heard my rant and rave somewhere else, but I was wondering how ya'll relax after a stressful day? My back hurts and I need some rubbies, but other than that I am not sure what I should do, now that I have found out once again, they dont have the hours to bring me in today.
Thanks!
