and you have a choice to make.
Take any 3 CD's, 3 books and 3 DVD's from the entire ships collection of everything, and what would they be?
I'll post mine after a few replies.

Three Books Dungeon Master's Guide Players Handbook Monster Manual lol I originally wrote that in but changed my mind. I figured someone else would take them and if we're stranded on an island, we really only need one set.

Hemispheres - excellent choice, Jon.
Ok, here's mine.
CD's:
Slipknot - Slipknot Phantom of the Opera - Original Soundtrack Live - Throwing Copper
Books:
LOTR (all 3 (or 5 however you look at it) - LOTR fan before the movies came out and suddenly every loves them)
DVD's:
Blazing Saddels Monty Python's Holy Grail Goodfellas
And, a CD/DVD player with auxillary light (to read the books) along with an 8600 watt gas generator and about 800 gallons of unleaded.
And some Faygo.

LOTR fan before the movies came out and suddenly every loves them) I read the second one, part of the third one, and part of The Hobbit before I found out the movies were being made. I stopped reading them at that point. I read somewhere that LotR was split into three books against Tolkien's wishes. He originally wrote it to be a single book, so it is available as a single book. If you take that one instead, you can still grab two other books.

Actually, the LOTR was 5 books and that's evident even in the 3 novels that are currently in publish (the chapters are still divided into 5 sections). I read the Hobbit probably a dozen times, the first tiime when Sr. Francine yelled at me during study and told me to stop being a jerk and read something, so I picked up a coverless paperback version of The Hobbit off of the shelf and read it. Tolkein also wrote a couple other books including the Silmarillion which is a history of the elves (and very dry), along with some short stories which aren't bad.

But if I were to grab two other books, they'd probably be Ayn Rand's Fountainhead and a classic like Dracula or something like that.

All of those are fantastic choices. If I wasn't leaning towards D&D to make that joke I would have included 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.

My dad read The Hobbit to me when I was 4, and I read the actual LotR trilogy when I was 7. Read the Silmarillion a bit later, so I was kinda exposed to it a lot... 3 CDs - No idea 3 Books- My E-Reader. Haha, beat that, over 200 books! 3 DVDs _ Now this is hard... I guess maybe: The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya DVD set Full Metal Panic DVD set Clannad TV DVD set

3 DVDs Survivor Man Seasons 1, 2 + 3 Lol that probably would be a good thing to have. He is very brilliant when it comes to surviving. Except that episode he was eating snow for water. Not a smart idea when you're cold.

well if you warm it in your mouth long enough before you swallow it, it cant be too bad. especially with how dry it is out in the tundra. you need to keep hydrated. Its when you shovel the snow in fast and dont give it time to melt that it hits ur stomach cold, and lowers your core body temp.
