I'm sure everyone has played with at least one dumb person before. They can be incredible disruptive or incredibly hilarious, depending on the situation, person, and group.
I have a friend that tends to be on the hilarious side. The stupid things he has done while we were playing D&D really helped us get into the game and make it very fun for us. I honestly think that if we didn't laugh as much as we did in our first few sessions, none of us (my friends or I) would be as into D&D as we are now.
What are some of the memorably stupid things players in your group (including you) have said or done?

Well I kicked in the door when I was playing my Barbarian and fell into a 40 foot pit and had to be hauled out.
So on our way out of the dungeon our WIZARD decides he wants to cheek the pit for loot, jumps down, takes damage, forgets he needed healing and dies.
All we had left to do was go to the capital and see the king and the adventure was done without anyone dying.

Anthony. *face palm*
Peter was always the one that was rushing into any situation blindly. His char had a passionate hate for Orcs.

4 of us played regularly. We had a few others who played here and there, but it always boiled down to the 4 of us. It was a good number of active players, consistant and none of us was way off the top.
We had a fair amount of wisecracking, though. One guy was playing a theif who was trying to scale his way down a mineshaft and when he was ready to start, he said "I'm going down the shaft now", which turned into "going down on the shaft".

It wouldn't be a REAL session without wise cracking.

Yea if it wasn't for Anthony and stupid antics, constant screwups and narcoleptic riding animals I probably wouldn't have really gotten into DnD.

I thought you were gonna say "Don't know how much good it will do, as I doubt you'll be able to ride it."
