Are there alignment restrictions?
I dig playing clerics, but if the campaign doesn't need one - I can do rogues pretty well.

I almost never do alignement restrictions. Or really any restrictions. Hell, I generally remove the alignment restrictions from classes, and sometimes do away with alignment entirely.

When do you think you'll be able to start? Now. Or pretty well.

Me and you are going to get along just fine...... Just as long as you don't play anything stupid or disruptive. So no Pun-Pun and no insane party slaughtering, random and arbitrary civilian killing madman. Poisoning the well is fine. So are elaborate plots. Manipulating people is good. Just remember that stupid evildoers generally die quickly. People will notice and adversely comment if you just slaughter people willy nilly in plain sight.

Don't sweat it, I'm a pretty good role-player. And, I'm not domaneering either. I dig evil characters with neutral tendancies, but not chaotic. I'm not beyond poisoning wells, but I'll generally focus on teamwork. It gets old when the group has more than a few renegades. But I wonder what the group composition will be. If it's tilted toward good, I'll probably play a neutral character.

What classes from D&D are restricted?

Uh... None, just supply the source, and I'll check it. If it's hideously broken I'll disallow it. It has to be REALLY broken though. Like moreso than a Wizard, Cleric, or Druid. And that's hard.

Warmage is a possibility. Assassin is another.

That's the good thing about level 9. PrCs are very easily usable.
